Welcome!

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of California. My private practice is located in Marin County, where I provide both in person and remote therapy to patients living in the Bay Area. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco (2013) and my doctoral degree from the California School of Professional Psychology - San Francisco (2020).

In my practice, I offer individual psychotherapy and psychological consultation to adults and adolescents. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping patients effectively address the concerns they are experiencing. As an interactive therapist, I take an engaged stance in seeking to understand my patient’s concerns, supporting them in identifying patterns of behavior and thoughts, and providing direct feedback. Through many years of education, advanced residency training, and professional experience, I have developed a therapeutic approach that is grounded in empirically supported, evidence-based best practices (EBP’s) and psychodynamic theory.

Areas that I am experienced in treating include depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship difficulties, stress, and life transitions. I also have special interests in healthcare provider mental health. With a niche in crisis work and emergency department evaluations, I am comfortable working with patients who may be stepping down from a higher level of care or require more intensive treatment.
